Defining Space With Planes
"Architecture is the thoughtful making of space. The continual renewal of architecture comes from the changing concepts of space." ~Louis I Kahn, 1957

Planes are one of the simplest elements in architecture and can be used to create 3-dimensional areas. In this project I attempt to create space within a space, space overlapping a space, and space abutting a space using three types of planes, 1"x1", 1"x2", 1"x3". I wanted to make an open area in the middle of my project and in one corner try to emulate the 1982 arcade game Q*bert.
